What happens to good dogs when their owner can't - or don't take care of them? All too often, perfectly lovable dogs are lost or abandoned and find themselves faced with euthanasia because of overcrowding at a shelter. The S.P.C.A. has served communities for years by taking in strays, kenneling them, and encouraging the public to adopt these homeless animals. But not all animals get adopted.
Ginny Suarez, on the Board of Directors at the Cecil County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals for eight years, has taken the humanitarian efforts of the S.P.C.A. to a new level by founding Paws for Life. MD., DE., & PA. AREAS
